Frequently Asked Questions:

Where are you located? Our main sales office is located in Aurora Oregon, conveniently located between Portland and Salem!

 

What types of plants do you sell? We offer a bit of everything! We specialize in growing Conifers, dedicous trees, Japanese Maples, and all your staple shrubs! If we don't grow it, we will find it or offer a comparable substitution for your project! Located in the Willamette Valley are some of the best growers in the business and we work with many of them to fulfil your plant needs!

Who do you sell to? TSW is licensed to sell to wholesalers, garden centers, retailers, growers, landscapers, designers, and architects, along with other agriculture professionals. Not sure if you fit into one of these categories? Contact us and if not, we can help point you in the right direction! At this time, we do not sell to the general public.

How do I find out what plants you have available?  Log onto your online account to see our most current in nursery availability. Inventory is subject to change at anytime, so to verify your list and availability, reach out to our Sales Team and they will put together an availability/estimate for you! 

Why are prices not posted online? Because we are a wholesale nursery. Often we are selling to customers that are then using the plants for either a project or selling them themselves. To get pricing information, please contact your sales representative or our Sales Team today!

How do I get online access? Click on the button in the upper right hand corner to log in or create your account! Once you put in a request to create your account, an administrator will approve it within 3 business days and you will get an email with further instructions.

I am having issues with the website, who do I contact? Please call our office at any time with any questions or concerns. 503-678-4401

Can I make an online payment? Not at this time, hopefully this will be a feature in the future.

How long will it take for me to receive my order? It will depend on the order. If you are looking to pick up just a few plants, we can normally facilitate that within 48 hours. If your order is larger, a full truck, or contains material not on property, we do need a week lead time to get your order staged, tagged, and ready to load! When you are ready to place your order, discuss with your sales representative what the turn around will be.

What is your return policy? Returns are handled on a case by case basis. We strive to not ship plant material that is not in a healthy, viable condition to avoid the need for a return. If you have an issue with your order, please speak with your sales representative. If you have concerns with plants coming off a truck, please contact our office within 24 hours of receiving the material so we can make a note of it and move forward from there. Restocking fees may apply. 

What is your plant guarantee? Warranty of goods is neither express nor implied, as to variety, description, life, or productivity of any nursery stock. TSW Nursery Sales assumes no responsibility for plant performance to any customer (either direct or indirect). TSW Nursery Sales will, under no circumstances, bear any responsibility for any amount greater than the original purchase price of the plant or other item. No liability will be assumed for any contingency beyond our control. 

Do I need to be onsite for a delivery? Yes. You will need to be onsite or have crews onsite to unload your plant material. Our drivers are professional drivers that are not responsible for handling any material on their trucks. You will be responsible for having crews, equipment, and access onsite for deliveries.

How can I Set up an account with terms? (A/R Account) Please inquire with your sales representative.

Can I come tag my own material? We are always more than willing to have you come out to our nursery and tag material. Our sales representatives are also here to hand tag material for you if requested. Just let your sales representative know which you prefer, and we can set up a time! 

Do I need any special equipment to unload my plants? It will depend on the types of plants you order! We sell everything from flats of annuals to large b&b trees. If you are unsure if you need any specific type of equipment, speak to your sales representative and they can advise on whether it is something that can be handled by hand or needing some powered equipment.
